    The purpose of the following is to provide you with a framework for adult literacy and numeracy using Māori concepts. These concepts are often holistic and can apply to many aspects of life including education. The importance of the Mana Tangata program At Xero we are passionate about giving back to the community, and empowering young students in order to set them up on the right path. The Mana Tangata program by OMGTech is a learning platform for 30 students selected from communities around New Zealand, giving them the chance to meet with mentors in.

    This journey of critically exploring Mana Tangata supervision has drawn together the diverse styles, stories and analyses of three generations of tane from the Ruwhiu whanau.
